SALES DIRECTOR

The position is a work-from-home opportunity and can be based anywhere in the U.S.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director, experienced with the CEM landscape, to join our team. The ideal candidate brings existing relationships with world-class enterprise clients, thrives in a fast-paced, technology-centered environment, and can lead our U.S. growth initiative by building trust and establishing relationships with new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, leverage existing relationships with world-class enterprise companies and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand OGC’s client base and pipeline

  • Maintain and manage sales volume, product mix, and pricing to execute on sales strategy and reach sales goals

  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

  • Effectively communicate how OGC can help clients through proposals and presentations

  • Implement negotiation strategy to build relationships and maximize profitability

  • Serve as OGC’s representative at relevant industry events, expos and conferences

  • Develop compelling sales presentations and materials for distribution

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling services / consulting projects to Enterprise accounts, with preferred 5-10+ years experience in quota carrying CEM services, sales, consulting, market research or software professional services.

  • Experience with customer experience management (“CEM”) programs and platforms such as Medallia

  • Ability to listen, communicate, present and influence at all levels including executive and C-level

  • Highly independent with a proven ability to drive the process from start to finish

  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of OGC’s product mix

  • Excellent prospecting and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong sense of design in structuring presentations, proposals, and sales materials

  • Creative thinker, able to come up with innovative ways to reach out to new clients

  • Strong business acumen with an ability to articulate ROI

  • Willingness to attend professional workshops, industry events, expos, and to stay on top of industry trends

  • Strong delivery, planning, and closing skills, with an ability to handle objections

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible work hours to accommodate different time zones

  • Driven to make an impact and grow a business

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
